If you've been on Instagram lately, you've probably noticed that a lot of people have been at Top Golf's new location in Northeast Philadelphia!

This is a great spot to have fun with some friends and grab a few drinks.

Top Golf does have bar seating (pictured above) but we chose to be seated outside and enjoy a game while we sipped on our drinks. Pricing is expensive, with variable pricing on bays-we ended up paying $45 for one hour at one bay, however you are allowed to have up to 6 people per bay. The drinks, however, weren't too expensive, with an average of $11 per drink.

We ordered two drinks- the one pictured on the left is the Blueberry Lemon Drop Martini. The Martini had very fruity notes and with more sour and bitter flavors than sweet. Overall, it was a refreshing drink to have on a sunny day-I enjoyed it but prefer something with a sweeter flavor.

The second drink was the Spring Bourbon Spritzer. This was more my taste-it was sweet and tasted primarily of lemonade and berry. Overall, both drinks were enjoyable.

Pros:

  • Seating is good, with two bars (one downstairs and one upstairs), and 102 bays.
  • Drinks are fairly priced
  • Entertaining

Cons:

  • Service time was long
  • Reserving a bay can be very pricey

Verdict:

Top Golf is a fun and accomodating place to be-drinks are good and fairly priced but your visit can become very expensive if you want to play, drink and grab a bite, however the location is far from the heart of Philadelphia.
